Hugo was very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal.. appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be back to grab a new couch set soon.
Stay far away from Regency Furniture. Bought a mattress, that sinks in the middle. The will not exchange or anything. The sent someone to look at the mattress. Granted this person didn’t lay on the mattress. So by looking at it, and putting string across it. The company came to the conclusion that there is nothing wrong with the mattress. I have never in my life dealt with anything like this. They will never get my or my family’s business. Even if they have a sell just run!
Great experience at this location with my sales person, Hugo, who was helping out from a different location in Texas. He was great and I never felt pressured. We had gone to a few other furniture stores looking for a dresser, including Ashley in Sterling where we honestly had a horrible experience. Hugo was able to order me the exact dresser that I wanted without any stress.

Honestly, I was a bit hesitant to purchase from Regency given some of the reviews I read but I had an excellent experience with the Sterling VA location. My salesman, John, was attentive, extremely helpful, patient and responsive. I purchased a sofa and loveseat and receive both email and txt confirmations of the delivery date and address, a call the day before and call day of to let me know the arrival time.
