Deceptive, Dismissive and Unprofessional On February 21st, we called the Sterling, VA Regency store to confirm that a particular model mattress was on the floor. Yesterday I had my bedroom furniture delivered and assembled. While the items arrived in good condition, the overall delivery experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The delivery team told us they could not bring the furniture upstairs unless we removed the stair railing. They insisted that otherwise they would take the furniture back. Ripped off , Plastic wrapped mattress sold without disclosing the manufacturing date , loose threads with mattress layers coming off , yet sold can’t be returned even within 24 hours . Not worth visit 2nd time , good place to lose money and time, wonder how they run such business
