Honestly, I was a bit hesitant to purchase from Regency given some of the reviews I read but I had an excellent experience with the Sterling VA location. My salesman, John, was attentive, extremely helpful, patient and responsive. I purchased a sofa and loveseat and receive both email and txt confirmations of the delivery date and address, a call the day before and call day of to let me know the arrival time. The salesman was great: knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring we get exactly the type of mattress we wanted. The wide selection of mattresses available at the showroom made this a lot easier.
There is a lady at front desk with glasses. She is so not friendly and aggressive
