Horrible experience! We ordered and entire bedroom set and living room set on the 4 of July. We paid an extended area additional delivery fee. We set up delivery for 7/28/25. I called the store on 7/27 to confirm the delivery was all set, and we were informed the delivery was not set up, and that we were outside the delivery area and we would need to travel 2 1/2 hours to the closest Ashley distribution warehouse in Brandywine Maryland. We recently moved to W.V from Michigan. We visited the Ashley store in Hagerstown. We bought living room furniture. Every employee we dealt with was knowledgeable and very helpful. It made the process easy. Deliveries were scheduled as soon as possible, and on time.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Answered every question we had.
