I'm rating this store 5 stars because from start to finish I was very pleased with the customer service I received. I was in this store on 7/15/2022 and was met by their salesperson Joshua Householder. He was knowledgeable, as well as, pleasant to work with. I only had a picture of my living room that I drew and showed him. He seemed to know exactly what type of modular sectional furniture that would fit my taste and would fit in the space. The furniture arrived Wednesday, 7/27/2022, and is beautiful and fits perfectly.
Had a horrible experience at the Glen Burnie store! Purchased 2bedroom sets had to cancel he order and they charged me 30%restocking fee!!! Iâd buy from the street before recommending them to anyone
We placed an order 4 weeks ago for bedroom furniture. Sales person said it will take two weeks to schedule the delivery. No delivery yet, no follow up call. To top that off, when I called the store they said it will another 3 weeks to schedule the delivery. When I asked to cancel the order, they said they will charge me 30% restocking fee for something that is not yet delivered. What a great business model of making good money without selling any furniture. Worst customer service! Iâll never deal with them again!!

Just brought my new furniture from Regency Furniture an it is wonderful!!!!The price&service was even better!!The manager Mr.Dave William was very nice,patient an very understanding.He really made you feel comfortable in the store,where you can just take your time. My first furniture that I got didn't fit in my door so I had to send it back to the store.I was so upset.But he made sure that I left there with the right furniture that I wanted an with a smile on my face.
