I order a day bed in September and was told 4 to 6 weeks. They delivered it 9 weeks later with broken bookshelf that is supposed to be the headboard. I asked for it to be replaced. I was told they set one aside for me and we get a call in a few days to have it delivered. 3 weeks later I call them and get the run around. 5 weeks since they took it back I get someone and they actually schedule for a delivery today. The customer service is excellent and the sales team is outstanding. Dean, who was my sales person, was attentive and patient. He helped me with my entire purchase and stayed beyond his scheduled time to help me. The selection is great as well and financing was a breeze.
Thanks for all of you all's help, I am very satisfied with my purchase and I will continue using this Regency Store for years to come. Jim helped me find exactly what I wanted and Danny gave me a price I couldn't complain about.
