Furniture was very nice with large selection, sales rep was also great! One star for the delivery guy telling us he would not bring our furniture upstairs unless we paid him more money. Never have I seen a more shady person and he should be out of a job, when I told him know he then proceeded to roll the couch down my driveway and just threw it into the back of the truck

SHADY RETURN POLICY!!!! (Even if it’s the employee mistake) Two and half months ago (9/23/17) me and my husband purchase couple of furniture for the house we are building. 3 weeks before the date we closed on the house, may husband called the store in brandywine to set up a delivery date, only to be told that some of our furniture is still pending and not on the store yet. Worst experience EVER! Waited a month for a coffee table and two side tables to arrive, then they were demaged once they did. Unfortunately we didn't realize that the drawers were broken on the side tables until one week exactly after delivery. The grooves that connect the front of the drawer to the body are coming apart on both tables! When we contacted Regencey, they refused to do anything because we did not contact them within 72 hours. Ordered on Sept 2016. Took till Nov 17 2016 to deliver. Was manual not electic. Wrong furniture. Customer call center has not called me back yet . Was told 72 hours then they will call . It has been 6 days. Was told it will take another 8-12 weeks to order the right funiture. After I called them. It was there screw up. Why is it going to take 18 weeks to get what I ordered . Plus no one has called me back from there call center in MD. Not even a Manager after I asked to speak to one. Will never recommend to use this to ma... read more

Will NEVER buy furniture here again. I am trully dissappointed. 8weeks and i have not recieved my furniture yet. At this point i jus want a my money back.

Worst purchase ever. I purchased loveseat and chair back in May of 2015 to complete the set, the loveseat had issues since day one, the right leg was loose, we fixed it our self, then the left leg came off, we also fixed it, today I had guests over and the chair collapsed, I believe this chair had major damage to the main wood board of the seat. I paid a lot of money for this set for this to happen; I would have never purchased the loveseat if I knew it had hidden damages. I called then was asked to write a letter to the bo... read more

i feel for the first time i should right a review. my wife and i went furniture shopping and we came to regency to get what we really needed with a lot of help from their store Rep. these are the issues i faced with Regency Furniture, 1. It took forever to deliver the furniture 2. had to hustle to get a date for delivery 3. their promotion gift voucher take forever to receive,redeem and plastic card becomes worse to even try to trace the status. 4. the gift card they said will be received within two weeks but never happened.... read more

Sold me fake leather furniture which peeled on the seat cushions after 1 year. Promised an insurance policy would cover any damage etc. to the furniture. Bottomed line, Regency is a scam, they lie about the furniture and insurance policy then DO NOT stand behind it. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Ashley Brand
