I would have given 5 stars for our H35 Hampton stove for the heating purposes, but the remote control has always been an issue. It says it's easy to operate, but it really isn't. And now, going into the 4th year, the remote will only turn the stove on and off, the thermostat can't be set! My dealer in Fond du lac told me this is how I have to use it, because a new one is $200-400!

I have enjoyed the benefits of two Regency products in my home; a stove in the basement and fireplace in our upstairs living room. After burning wood for many years it has been a pleasure this past year to have instant beauty and heat from my Regency units.

We love our new fireplace. We have had four fireplaces in our past homes and this one is something special. The convince of the easy start and clean running are big pluses. The clean running is something we look forward to as we continue to enjoy the fireplace just about every day.

WE love our new Regency fireplace and use it all the time. Install by the local dealer was great.

We are very happy with our Regency fireplace and use it every day. The only downside to it is that when we sit down in front of it, nothing else gets done! We can't pull ourselves away!
