Regency drt has to be the worst company I’ve ever worked with . It’s been more than 6 months since I was referred to Regency DRT for my home incident and they haven’t started a thing ! They haven’t work with me to compensate for all this time that has been wasted when I could have went with someone else to get this done in a more timely manner. Not a good company to work with. Done a tile job for them, have completed the work and after 3 weeks have NOT been paid. I have now had to start legal processes since Daniel with the company can not do his job. I will never again do work for them. When you try to call it’s one excuse after the next. If you are lucky enough to get in touch with someone. I wish I would have known how they treat subcontractors before I did the job.
Do not be fooled they are in bed with the insurance company's And can not get out of there own way. Most pitiful company I have come across. I have been a Contractor for 30 years. I bid a job 5 months ago and they still don't know if I have started or finished. I wonder how my payment schedule will be?
Service is horrible
Still Waiting on a full report. They provided a cost sheet. But not the report of why there is a cost sheet. My insurance needs it. Left messages and haven't received a call back. But it is the holidays, however I am suffering with the mold here and need this taken care of. They were supposed to test the air but never did. The man that came out was super, and explained everything quite well. He did a 360 pictures, but I need the report.
