From the early stages of making the appointment to checking out after my appointment, I cannot say enough good things about this office. When I called to make the appointment, I had concerns with my insurance and whether or not they were in network. One of the front desk coordinators took my information down for both dental insurances and told me she would call me back after she called my insurance companies. Love this office! Friendly and knowledgable! Just love their Dental hygentist Kari! I was so impressed yesterday! I needed to have my front tooth that had chipped, repaired. Dr. Carter is not only personable but quite humble! He said he was going to let Christine (dental assistant) who has additional training in functional skills, step in as she is better at it.
