This building is very old, lots of mice’s and Cockroaches in apartments it’s very noisy I don’t recommend renting in this place at all, I only lived there for few months and couldn’t live anymore so I moved out. DONT RENT HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT
I live on 104 infront of it, for 9 yrs. The bldg has always for the most part clean . It has it good & bad tenants . The bad are not thr long.
