I move here in 2012, the HOA and BOD were very nice and welcoming. The grass tonfront and of my property was beautiful. Unfortunately 2 years later A new Boar and management company, VIP Management was very nasty and rude. The new board president was very rude. She would yell and snapped homeowners. The HOA BOD will make life hell for you. Some people you need to stay away from. They are horrible. I was warned by the previous owner about my neighbor who happens to be part of the BOD members (from 2018-2024). Worst neighbor in my life. Smile in your face but kills you behind.
The neighborhood is okay, but the HOA folks make living here a nightmare. Google "VIP Property Management" and look at the one-star reviews which are accurate as well as the poor response from the management company. This community is full of "Karens," with a woman named Donna being the biggest one of them. We made the trek to the east coast of Florida for the move and got in around 1am.
