Lost Clothing--Rude Owner/Manager – I do not recommend Regency Cleaners. After failing to remove a stain from a men's dress shirt, I sent the shirt back to be re-cleaned. When I returned the next week to pick up my shirt, they offered me a shirt with my tag on it, but the shirt was not mine. The manager/owner happened to be in that afternoon and he attempted to force me to take the shirt that was the wrong brand, size, and color. Great Cleaners – I had a great experience here. I took my sisters wedding outfit here to get a stain off that came with it when it was shipped to my designers and they did a excellent job in taking it off and making sure nothing happened the the work which was very delicate. They were very sweet and had great customer service and understood how my situation was crucial. I had requested the stain to be removed within 2 hours and they did not even charge me extra for it. Very Friendly – I've gone here a few times for both dry cleaning & alterations. They are super friendly and very courteous and even gave me a discount b/c I was a new customer. It's down the street from where I live and the reviews were better than the one in little tokyo so I went for it. They did a great job on my clothes and my hem job for my slacks which was cheap.
