Absolutely horrendous customer service. They lost my shirt. No apologies. No remorse. No attempt to reconcile. In fact, the employee lied to me 6 times. I repeatedly went in to the store over the course of about 4 weeks, and I was repeatedly told that I would be contacted regarding my lost shirt. She just flat out didn't contact me after she said she would...6 times. Different excuse every time. Do not go to this cleaners!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANERS! – I was robbed at this cleaners! I took in 18 items and the total was $80 and that was with a $10 discount. When I lived in The Woodlands I went to a great cleaners there and would make the drive to avoid this company again. After I had already paid for my clothes, the guy told me next time I should bring the items in 8 at a time so then I could save more and use a coupon each time. Thanks for the advice AFTER you got all my money. Don't worry...there won't be a next time!

If you want your clothes to come back in the same condition, don't bring them here! – I brought 7 pairs of pants to this location, and all of them shrunk and one pair came back with spots. The cleaners claimed no responsibility and said that they wouldn't do anything to fix them. I had worn all of them before and gotten them dry cleaned before as well. This was the first time they came back and no longer fit. If you value your clothes do not bring them here.
