Well I had my truck in to this shop a few times had a trany problem before warranty was off and told it was fixed nothing but problems since I have talked to the service manager and also the store manager and got no where!! Won't get anything but bad reviews from me
This dealership provided amazing service in a stressful situation. Parts and installation and back on the road with a smile. Thank you service people.
We broke down on our trip back to Oregon, and Regency bent over backwards to get us in quickly! Cody and Stephan were courteous and professional, and the service department diagnosed the problem and got us back on the road promptly.
