We were travelling through 100 Mile House, heading to go for heart surgery. Our car started overheating and ended up breaking down. Curtis and the team were absolutely phenomenal at making sure that we were taken care of - from ordering parts ASAP, to helping us find a rental vehicle - this dealership did it ALL to help! Absolutley the worst service department there is. Not enough room to post everything, BUT Glenn, the service manager did and inspection on my dodge ram 3500 because the ABS light was on and flashing. Told me that the vehicle needed an ABS module, but they were on back order and currently not making them. They said I could look for a used one or they could. I asked if the vehicle was safe to drive and was assured by Glenn that it was fine. I paid for the inspection and got into my car and all the lights were beeping. I went b... read more
Highly recommend Regency!! Cayce was amazing to deal with, very welcoming and made the buying process so simple and stress free. Cindy was very efficient and punctual with the paperwork. Trading in and buying a new vehicle was very easy with this wonderful team!!
