If I could give this facility zero stars, I absolutely would. The level of incompetence and lack of compassion displayed by this team was unacceptable. They failed my father-in-law when he needed care the most, allowing his health to deteriorate rapidly under their watch. One star is too much. Terrible place. Starved in there, a fellow resident told me "the food here is worse than jail." ..he spoke from experience. Neglected. Freezing cold. Treated with disrespect.

This place should not be allowed to operate. My wife spent one week there after a hip operation. Meds were not ever dispersed on time. Her morning med for seizures were never administered until I found out, 6 days later. She continually had to ask for pain med, sometimes 3 hours later they were given. At times she was in such pain and the night help told her to be quiet, you are disturbing others. The food is marginal, employee staff should try eating it, ick. Regency care of rogue valley neglects patients. They do not care about there patients or employees. I have seen it first hand they have sped up the process of patients passing away by being neglectful. Not giving meds on time. Not doing daily tasks of living. They don't feed the people that need to be fed they will let them go days without eating or even having a sip of water.
