I spent time here after an elective hip replacement and femur break. All of the staff were friendly and caring. Nice place to receive care!
My elderly sister just finished a 100 day stay at Regency Canyon Lakes recovering from a broken ankle. The loving and supportive care was tremendous. All the staff is professional and working for the resident's best interest and full recovery. The staff did a great job in keeping me informed concerning my sister's progress. The staff was accessible and prompt to respond to questions.
I am so glad my son was able to get me into Regency Canyon Lakes. Everyone there was so kind and professional, I couldn't have asked for better care and help recovering from my injuries.
I work as a MDS coordinator at RCL and it is the most efficient, clean facility in the Tri Cities with the best caring hard working staff, and the residents are awesome too.
