We just moved into our new build by Regency. This was the most pleasant experience and they made it fun and exciting! Our new home is solid, beautiful, and every detail was considered. I have never built a new house before, but from the very beginning, this team won us over with their responsiveness, professional attitudes and most of all care that was obvious during the entire process. The subcontractors he hires mostly do good work. Salesperson rocco is ok, lied about a few things. Owner bob mayo is just someone who doesn’t care about you whatsoever, if you have questions about anything or are analytical or a democrat. It is what it is, he doesn’t explain anything, it just is what it is, you either want it or you don’t. I regret building with him. Bob and the Regency Team I feel are best in the business!! If you are looking to build a house in WNY, you'd be making a big mistake by not considering Regency. Their attention to detail and customer focused mindset is what made us build our house with them. You can tell Bob is a person who wants it built and done the right way from the day they break ground, until the day he hands you the keys.
