My mom brought her car in on Saturday, and Abdul kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was very helpful, communicative, and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. I was prepared for the long wait you normally get from the dealership; I was a bit doubtful when he told me my car would be ready in 4 days!
