Regency Auto Care deserves 100 stars! That might sound excessive but it is definitely not. Regency was recommended to me by a friend and I will be forever indebted to him. Over my 60 years of driving I have had a lot of cars and been to a lot of auto repair shops, but never one that is so customer oriented, knowledgeable, humble and well, yes, kind beyond belief. Regency Auto Care Unlimited is an absolutely wonderful automotive shop. They take wonderful care of their customers. They are fast, dependable and extremely thorough. We recently took our car to them to have a gas leak checked and found a lot more wrong with our car. They got the work done so quickly and when I drove off with the car it was as if I was driving it off the showroom floor. Our car has never run better. They can't fix cooling issues correctly. Ive left this shop with my vehicle leaking multiple times, Coolant and Oil. They throw parts at problems until they find the main issue, over charging warranty companies and customers. They charged me $350 to look at 2 bad speakers did not replace a single one. The manager Gamby doesn't take responsibility for bad repairs and blames the vehicle. He thinks customers should bow down to him and be grateful for the half *** services provided. I had an outstanding experience with this company when I brought in my Chevy Silverado for a transmission rebuild. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The customer service was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and always kept me updated. The rebuild cost $3,000, which I felt was very reasonable for the quality of work done.
