Super Satisfied!!! They are very reliable . They communicate very well. Turnaround time is very accurate. Best Repair Shop in Deland. Very peaceful environment. Friendly Staff. Techs take pride in their work. Would give 10 stars if I could.
Since moving to Deland I have been searching for shop that actually is a pleasure to speak with and is knowledgeable beyond just replacing parts. I took my 2016 to VW for a routine inspection and an oil change. They told me I needed a new water pump and a belt. They wanted to me to pay $2200 to fix it. So of course I searched locally where I could see if someone could do it a little less expensive. Called around and got some quotes and regency did have the BEST prices in town. Just moved to the area and needed to find a good mechanic shop. This place is really good. I went thru the process of buying a vehicle from carvana and had them to an independent inspection. I am so glad I did as they saved me from buying a real lemon. Nice family owned business. They are honest and treat their customers great. I hughly recommend them if you are looking for a shop you can trust. Fair prices, and they really know what they are doing.
