Someone hit my parked car and did a runner. I took my car to Regency Repairs and met Shannon. He was professional yet friendly and explained the whole repair process. He also offered to handle the insurance process with RAC. I agreed to drop my car the next morning but things didnt go as planned, I was disappointed with the delays and let him know how I felt. We came to Regency a couple of weeks back with our van looking for some rust repairs. Unfortunately our van was too large for their booth, especially with our roof rack, but despite not being able to do the job they gave us some super helpful advice and were so friendly to interact with.
