I live at Glen Ellen and despite its beautiful la escape and homes, it does not have committees that follow guidelines. The rules and regulations committee abuses their power and has changed the rules from being on the committee for 2 years and has kept their positions indefinitely. One of the members cancelled a New Years Eve party to have an exclusive one at her house, which was not in the best interest of everyone who lives here.
