I would give a 0 star if I could do that. Extremely rude staff. It was my first time to go to that building to see a client. I didn't know the lift button doesn't light up even it works. I thought the lift was not working properly. Then I went out from the lift and ask one of the concierge staff about it. The man was shouting at me as if I am an idiot. Totally unbelievable for a concierge service at the front desk. The management needs to get it fixed seriously. I will definitely file a complaint. Still feel very angry about... read more
