I must say that the new maintenance personnel is professional, courteous, prompt, diligent and pays extreme attention to detail. It is very apparent that this person takes his job serious, truly cares about what he does and puts in the dedicated work/ effort needed. This stellar employee consistently goes above and beyond. On several and on Every occasion, the overall level of customer service and quality of work, has been exceptional! Thank YOU!
I've called each day for the last 4 days, I tried the same a few months ago, it either rings until I hit a full voicemail, or they just immediately hang up without answering. Whoever is in charge of answering the phone at this place apparently doesn't really care to deal with phone calls.
