I completely understand that working in such a facility can be soul crushing. However if you get to a point where you verbally abuse and scream at patients who are crying out in pain, I mean literally crying out because they are in intense physical pain, you are in the wrong profession. Considering all things in my loved ones care that has taken place in this facility I would never ever recommend this place to anyone ever.
We are happy with the staff, the care and the facility overall ... recommend to anyone !!!
