This insurance company denied my claim after an explicit, written, pre-authorization. What is a pre-authorization even good for if you just DENY the claim afterwards? This is completely untrustworthy and despicable behavior
Dropped like an after thought. They just cancelled everyone in Whatcom county.
CLOSED! Due to Covid 19? Apparently they can’t update their hours or info. Nor can we find a person that’s in the USA to talk to about our “insurance” Don’t bother driving to this location, building is dark, parking lot is empty, sign on door says they’re permanently closed.
