Overseas agents are HORRIBLE! They refuse to give you a supervisor or an on-shore agent. I can hear they are working in close quarters as I can hear everything the 3 or 4 around talking to other providers. Stay AWAY!!
I have been with them for years. They are great, I was recently in the hospital and besides covering my stay also got me a hospital bed and a walker with a slight deductible. I recommend them highly.
