I agree with Senorita Reyes. They are happy taking my money but the service stinks. They changed a small part of their benefits package and forced a me to re-enroll. They also cut my quarterly benefits flexible benefits package in half. Cutting service and benefits is the same as raising rates. Terrible.
Regence has been the WORST insurance company to have - specifically when dealing with care for endometriosis. I had a VERY necessary surgery in May to remove endometriosis from my bladder, ureters, behind my kidneys, colon, and various other places throughout my pelvic cavity.
