Really pleased with the results from the Novo THOR full body red light bed. Clinic is very clean and professionally run. Staff are really focused on you. Glad I found them!
The Therapists are good. I like the Red light bed and the Red light helmet. The Staffs are polite and friendly. I always enjoy the massage, it is soooo good.
By no means is this place bad at what they do. They lean towards more the red light therapy as their main service. However, I was a bit disappointed with my experience here. I came in for a shoulder injury and expected a more thorough assessment during the consultation. The appointment was partially virtual, and I felt like there was very little focus on evaluating range of motion or properly diagnosing the root of the issue. Very happy with the services, Dr. Enaas has been very helpful and kind with managing my mothers back pain. Staff and clinic are very nice.
