I just had my first session and am beyond thrilled with the results. I ride horses professionally and the day after my first massage I rode without any lower back pain for the first time in years. I wasnt sure that pain would ever go away let alone after just one session. I will definitely be recommending Regen to everyone I know.
Chris works on the kinks in all my sore spots. This is not an all over body massage. At each visit he focuses on the area that hurts the most. He finds muscles that I didn't know were tight. He really makes my achy senior citizen body feel so much better!

I would give even more stars if I could! Chris was amazing—extremely knowledgeable in medical massage. He immediately understood my issues and had a clear plan to help. After just one session, I already felt significant relief. You can truly tell he has a passion for helping people, especially veterans, like myself. I highly recommend him!
Chris is very professional and he listens to your needs. He asks question to make sure he knows what's going on with your body. I play volleyball, and he did an amazing job relieving my tight muscles. I'm glad i found him. Definitely will be a regular.
