Finding Modern Bread and Bagels GF bagels was a real treat! The folks in this town don’t know how good they have it 😂 The best GF bagels of all time available in the midwest. Loved the cinnamon roll too!
This central illinois gluten free bakery has everything you could want. Tiramisu, caramel pretzel cupcakes, snack mixes, baguettes, and even pizza items. We were greeted by a friendly smile and lovely local art hung up on the walls. Any time we visit the area in the future, we'll be sure to pop in to stock up on the very tasty offerings!
