Lived here for a year and a half and I love it. The apartments are spacious and I love the pool area. It’s always quiet and I love how it’s gated. I would give 5 stars but when we moved in maintenance was sloppy with painting and repairing things, so white paint is splattered all over in many rooms. Other than that, solid place to live and when we have issues staff is helpful. Also, great location near downtown Tempe and asu. If you’re an ASU student, I’d recommend checking this place out!
They are repainting the exteriors using a cherry picker, which has caused constant loud beeping. For weeks.
