Stay away from these builders. They have no honour and don't care that they are about to drag honest hard working people through the mud. Be careful out there when working for other companies. You just don't know who a person is anymore even though you feel like you can trust them. They are not responding to any phone calls and have completely gone silent on us.
After years of faithful service to Regatta constructions as a subcontractor, I thought they were one of the good ones to work for. However out of the blue, they have stopped taking calls and completely gone missing after owing my company almost $15,000 with no communication whatsoever. Some invoices are due over 176 days ago.
