Let me start off by saying we use to love this condominium. But this time 301A has been awful to say the least. The air conditioner doesn’t cool under 76. The rooms are hot. The guest room with king bed is extremely rough. It’s like they flipped a box spring to use as a mattress. Our room looked clean but was actually dirty. Dirty socks under the bed. The condo was just a few steps from the beach. The photo is a sunset looking down the beach from behind the condo. Our condo only had a peek at the beach from the corner of the balcony. I only gave 4 stars because it was somewhat noisy from people walking above us and the supplies were a little skimpy ( one roll of toilet paper and one of paper towels for three people for a week). Also, I discovered too late that you can save a 159 dollar fee by booking directly with Poole Associates the condo administrators.

I'll share the bad first. We are currently in 104A, for two weeks unfortunately. if you like outdated and uncomfortable beds this is your place. I came down with 4 adults and 2 children. my parents had the master bedroom which they are not ones ro complain.My wife and I shared the second bedroom with 2 beds with the kids. The bedding doesn't fit the bed. the fitted sheet conemess off every night, the pillows are so worn they off absolutely no support.
