Great location! Walk to the Pink Pony, The Hang Out, and many other places. Intimate, has a family feel. Loved the pool being nestled and protected inside the "U" for those too windy days at the beach. The only thing better than the lodging is the people who look after the place. They are kind, caring and responsive. We already have plans to return, it is a place you would go to for generations.
The condo itself was beautiful. The view from the deck looking out over the Atlantic ocean every morning was absolutely gorgeous. The biggest concern I have with Regatta condo #203B is that both twin size beds were basically broken upon arrival. A few other minor things that needed to be fixed/adjusted upon arrival maintenance was in the condo within a few hours to take care of burnout lightbulbs.
