Living at the Regatta Beach Club (RBC), 880 Mandalay Ave., Clearwater Beach, Florida, is my daily Nightmare. Buyer beware!! Renters beware!! This place is a dump!! No electricity 85% of the time, WIFI goes out every single day , no hot water, if any water at all!! The AC goes out every other day., the ceiling tiles are moldy and have water spots on them.. Residents are trashy, there is dog piss in the elevator and in the parking lot right outside the door every single day, which smells terrible when it heats up in the sun, they can’t seem to walk their dogs to the grass, it is unbearable living here!! No one does anything about it!... read more
