Intimate Japanese fusion restaurant conveniently located downtown. Love the open kitchen concept and being able to watch the chefs prepare the food in front of you. The food was impeccable, especially the marinated eggplants and dry aged sashimi. Ordered the ube cocktail but it didn’t quite taste like ube (would not order again). We unfortunately were seated next to a larger group who were speaking quite loudly which dampened the mood for us.
I opted for the omakase, and every single course was excellent—beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. The service was impeccable from start to finish, with an attentive and welcoming staff that really elevated the meal. To top it off, the atmosphere was fantastic! I highly recommend!
