Great service from Mike and an honest approach to customer service.
A very professional service. The process was carefully explained and then after about 50 mins, in the waiting room i.e. The Gardener's Arms, the machine had done its stuff and the a/c was fixed.
Mike is simply brilliant. He gives good advice and is certainly no rip-off. I went to fill my air con, checked everything and advised how to get best of air con in a car. Thank you Mike.
Rang on the off chance hoping that the garage would beable to regas my aircon. Mike the mechanic asked me to pop my car down so he was able to diagnose if it was suitable to be reconned .He explained what the machine did,why it did it and how,long it would take. Mike then regassed it ..excellent service, proffesional,friendly,approachable ,answered all questions with clarity and didnt make me feel daft asking them and above all else what a super guy.
