Took my car there in November for radiator hoses,oil change and inspection.They did the hoseclamps.They did oil change and performed Evap smoke test and cleaned fuel filter neck.Picked up my car.Got home and looked at work order and realized inspection wasn't done,Called them and was told that because my check engine light was on that I had to drive my car a certain amount of miles for reset.I was told that after that I could take my car to any auto parts store and have them check to make sure it cleared.I thought that would... read more
I don't usually write reviews, but Regan's was so fantastic that I had to say something. I walked in with a nearly dead electrical system and they were able to look at my car, replace the alternator, and get me back on the road within a few hours- and all at a reasonable price. Thank you Regan's for taking care of me.
rude customer service, didn't even let us finish talking and hung up.
Took my car here cuz the horn was going off , along with the alarm and when you unplug horn it makes car shut down and not start when you unplug the horn . They told me I need a conputer and it would fix it . So I had it done . 1200$. Went to pick it up and still beeping . They said oh a button in your steering wheel and it’ll be fixed .
