Took my car in for an alignment and took longer then it should’ve and noticed the mechanics were out smoking most of the time our car was in. Got the car back and it REEKED of smoke had to air it out. And the car seemed like it was the same as it came in, absolute joke of a garage
Took my car there in November for radiator hoses,oil change and inspection.They did the hoseclamps.They did oil change and performed Evap smoke test and cleaned fuel filter neck.Picked up my car.Got home and looked at work order and realized inspection wasn't done,Called them and was told that because my check engine light was on that I had to drive my car a certain amount of miles for reset.I was told that after that I could take my car to any auto parts store and have them check to make sure it cleared.I thought that would... read more
I don't usually write reviews, but Regan's was so fantastic that I had to say something. I walked in with a nearly dead electrical system and they were able to look at my car, replace the alternator, and get me back on the road within a few hours- and all at a reasonable price. Thank you Regan's for taking care of me.
