Brought my Ram truck in for an oil change while traveling thru Scottsbluff. I was treated well by Service Manager Doug Thompson and the service team. After my service was completed and I was given the keys, I mentioned to Doug a potential battery problem. He took the vehicle back into the service area to fully investigate my concerns.
