The worst car experience... they do not follow through and take forever and are overpriced. Management and service is horrible. Go elsewhere!
At first we had a bad experience with the service girl, but after the service manager, Doug, found out what we went through, he went above and beyond to make up for it! Best service manager ever!! Thank you so much Doug!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Told they would follow up and never did. Don't have parts for recall that is causing issues with vehicle and just blame Mopar. Avoid the hassle and take your vehicle elsewhere and save the ridiculous amount of money they charge for terrible service

I bought a vehicle from here and the guy I bought it from was pushy and rude and told me the day I bought it the car had all maintenance done before I bought it which was a total lie. Two years later I only drive it to and from work and have had to put in $2,500 worth of maintenance I shouldn't have to do.
