After a traumatic life event, I was referred to Regan. Her calm demeanor, thoughtful questions and unceasing support made her an exceptional guide to lead me out of what had become a very dark valley in my life. She equipped me with the tools and confidence to continue onward and upward in my life‘s journey courageously. I simply cannot say enough about Regan’s extraordinary skill as a therapist.

Regan is an awesome professional at a level that is difficult to find in our smallish valley. I have been working with her on and off for about a decade now and am always grateful I put resources to getting in for a session. She has helped me see my anxieties in proper perspective and helps me appreciate my strengths. Her office is a safe haven where I can unload without fear of judgement and feel supported. This is my second review. I left a 5 star review after several weeks of couples counseling with my husband. I stand by my first review in terms of Regan being kind, engaging, extremely validating, and I believe a genuinely caring therapist. Where things started to go wrong, was when she began to “toggle” back and forth between my husband and I, at her bequest.... I’d meet with her one week, he’d meet with her the following week.
