Have been working with this team and company for the better part of a decade. I live no where near the property and they do a great a job of managing the property, communicating with me on major issues, and finding high quality tenants. Very pleased working with them and looking forward to continuing a long working relationship with them.
4 Corners Homes has been a bright spot in my experiences with real estate. Very professional, easy to work with and great communication. I would recommend Regan and his group to anyone looking for help with property management.
Worst customer service ever!! They only get back to you if you stay persistant. I could only imagine it gets worse once you become one of their renters. Be aware!!!
I have been working with Regan and team for over 5 years now. They have always been responsive to any concerns.They are always willing to talk, to answer questions and give advice. They are very knowlegeable with what is going on with the current rental market. They were Great in Helping me get rid of bad renters and finding new ones. Without them I wouldn't have any rentals. I was a tenant in a property managed by 4 Corners Homes, LLC in the Salt Lake City area along with my family for about a year and a half. I felt poorly treated by Regan Richmond and his property management team and came to dread dealing with them. They were generally professional in our interactions but turned ruthless and calculating when it came to protecting their interests at our expense.
