Don’t use these guys. Family members heat was out. It’s winter. Their response “sucks for you” now been two days.
Just dont actually need anything or else the answer you are gonna get from them is "sucks for you". Such a unprofessional and garbage " joke"
I called Regan’s after 4PM because I thought I needed the valve to my sprinkler system replaced. The next morning at 8AM, Doug was at my house to handle it. I was impressed by the excellent response time. Turns out, I only needed to be educated! Well worth the service charge to put my mind at ease.
When you need a professional service, this is the only place to call. Thank you for being there in my time of need.
