My elderly mothers basement has been leaking water for over a week. We thought we were on the wait list for Regan, but with todays hang up on us when we called… wow! I am just discussed.
Called to place a work order in. Was told 7-10 days. When I asked to be put on the list, was told to call someone else, then hung up on.

My Elderly fathers heater failed. They were very fast to respond especially on a Monday morning. They had the part and it fixed that morning. Excellent service! Very Friendly!
