We have moved several times and each time I order new roses from Regan Nursery to establish a new rose garden in our new garden. They've replaced the ones that died and have been just wonderful. Until they stopped shipping. Haven't found anyone to replace the service and quality we found at Regan. Hate their new policy of refusing to ship - no matter how much you spend, and trust me when I say I've spend A LOT! I'd love to be a repeat customer, but not when we're several states away.
