Great spot for crackheads, dopers, and drunks. If you are not one of these, i don't recommend going. They are sheisters and they will rip you off. They'll tell you a price on the phone that sounds great, but when you get there you realize its all subjective. They'll distract you while they are weighing your scrap and then hurry you out of there underpaid. If you are a crackhead, and/or can't do math, this is a perfect spot for you.
