Helped me on DOL rules, including appeal that was unfair to me. I worked hard & had covered periods, I earnt that UI and he helped guide me through the system, that often takes advantage of us.
If there was a way to give more stars I would. The details of the case are unimportant. What is important is the advice and counsel I received from my first email and phone call. My wife's case is not yet resolved so I have chosen a three star rating on the progress to this point. Regan did not take her case but a lawyer associated with the firm was assigned as her legal representative with GDOL over a denial of PUA after being approved and received compensation for several months. The representative was very efficient in staying in contact and explaining the process. Sadly, some evidence that was requested by the Hearing Officer did not get sent in a timely manner.
