BEWARE IF THERE'S AN ISSUE! I lived at Regalia Bella Terra from 2/28/2020 through 2/15/2021. Up and until 2/15/2021 my stay was pleasant enough. I had just signed a lease for another year through February of 2022. They were recently acquired by Roscoe Property Management who has 1.8 out of 5 stars rating on Google. During the blackout pipes burst and my apartment was completely flooded while it was 38 degrees inside. Most of my belongings were destroyed.
