Have been trying for a half hour to reach my father by phone. Nurse won't answer and can't find out if there is actually a phone in his room! He has called out before somehow. I was told they had not gotten him up yet. It was 11:30 in the morning. That means he has not had p.t. Yet. Though clean, it is very short staffed! My sister is a permanent resident and we have had the same problems. She often looks unwashed. Very disappointing.

My mother stayed here after her stroke. it is a small lovely home like nursing home/rehabilitation center. There is a beautiful recreation room, great food choices, and newly remodeled rooms and therapy rooms. Each room has a television and a phone, and a place to sit for visitors. It is peaceful and it doesn't have that daunting feeling that larger places have. The staff gets to know family members, and are really nice. They never had a problem with me bringing my son, they were kid friendly when visiting my mother.

Its a dump dont let the reviews fool you, my mom is there now and today the cable got cut off for lack of payment..her bathroom is always broken, we have to fight to get her sheets changed, they dont even have wash cloths for her to wash up...oh and they never even have ice for there drinks. The nurses have also forgotten to give her her meds.. Dont bring your loved ones here. Was there tonight when toilets ver flowed again, raw sewage in rooms and hall.

Caring staff and very well at keeping residents as comfortable as possible. Very rare finding management and staff that care not just for patients but family as well.
