If you don’t show up early you will probably find a really bad seat. People are usually saving seats for their friends/family even though they are not there yet. It’s a mess.
Stupidly overpriced, like any NYC movie theatre... they have not upgraded this place, so chairs recline slightly but are squishy and oddly laid out in each aisle
Bought full price tix for a morning show and attendant was checking bags for food and drinks. Bottled water is not allowed in. Got a refund on our tix, will see the movie somewhere else.
Actually, service is very slow! Forget the popcorn if you're late.
Rude staff with customer discrimination

Uncomfortable seats. Air con on full blast.
There is a bag check. So, if you're like me and sneak in food, make sure to hide it good.
