You should - They will not reply because this review is 100% spot-on. Regal DOES NOT stand behind their work and will try their best to ignore you. Had Regal Roofing put a new roof on at the end of 2019, informed Casey that there would be sheeting that would need to be replaced do to a previous leak. He said they would take care of it and replace all of the bad wood. That day when I return home and inspect our new roof, I notice the area I informed Casey about was still spongy when you walk on it. I call him and we walked the roof, he spoke to his installer on the phone and they both reassured me that all of the rotted wood was removed. 2025 do to issues, I discovered t... read more
Done awful work on my roof not happy at all last rain it leaked like crazy won’t return my calls and the new soffit they put up is already falling down !!
