Had Regal Roofing put a new roof on at the end of 2019, informed Casey that there would be sheeting that would need to be replaced do to a previous leak. He said they would take care of it and replace all of the bad wood. That day when I return home and inspect our new roof, I notice the area I informed Casey about was still spongy when you walk on it. Done awful work on my roof not happy at all last rain it leaked like crazy won’t return my calls and the new soffit they put up is already falling down !!

I can answer that question - The reason is this review is 100% accurate so there is no way for them to refute any of the details below. Time for me to update this again as it has been seen by over 8000 people (Amazing) and I want to keep potential Regal Construction customers from experiencing the same nightmare that I experienced. It would have been simple for Regal Construction to honor their warranty and fix my problem and make this a non-issue. But they have simply ignored me and hoped that I will go away. They could still contact me and fix this issue (Even for the cost of materials) and that would make my family happy. But NO ONE from Regal cares. Cave... read more
