Time for me to update this again as it has been seen by over 8000 people (Amazing) and I want to keep potential Regal Construction customers from experiencing the same nightmare that I experienced. It would have been simple for Regal Construction to honor their warranty and fix my problem and make this a non-issue. But they have simply ignored me and hoped that I will go away. They could still contact me and fix this issue (Even for the cost of materials) and that would make my family happy. But NO ONE from Regal cares. Cave... read more

It is time for me to update this review of Regal Construction to ensure that it stays on top so that no one else has to deal with the issues that Regal has caused for me (Shoddy work and then not standing behind the issued warranty to fix the initial problems) Regal Construction must be OK with this review as they have refused to discuss the issues with me and Corey refuses to even take my calls to discuss how they can remedy this and make me whole. They installed new gutters and fascia wrap on my house. Fascia wrap is ok but had 3 huge leaks behind gutter and up on decking through the soffit. Wasn't going to have them come out and try repairs a third time. Had the people who built my garage look at it and repair it for me. They said it looked like someone caused some damage on purpose to the drip edge, in various places. They showed me pictures and it was worked to cause a leak it appeared.
