There should be a ZERO star rating for Regal. Do not let them near your property or if you own a condo, do not let your mgmt company use them. The owners of the company are not builders. They are BS salesman. They perform the lowest of low quality work at the cheapest cost possible to them. Their subcontractors are uninsured day laborers who have no idea what they are doing.
